TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on January 23, 2026, (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Promotion and will determine the time by which an entry is received.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to small business card primary cardmembers who meet all of the following criteria:
Officers, directors, employees and agents of Barclays Bank Delaware (“Barclays” or the "Sponsor"), Mastercard International Incorporated (“Mastercard”), General Motors Corporation, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue Airways, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, teamDigital Promotions, Inc., and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) (collectively, the "Releasees"), and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who violate these official rules (the “Official Rules”) or interfere with the Promotion in any manner. If an Entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that Entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods to earn an entry:
Method 1 - Purchase using your eligible Barclays Mastercard (as listed above in the Eligibility section): primary cardmembers will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes when you spend at least $1,500 during the Promotion Period using your eligible Card to make eligible purchase transactions (including transactions made with employee cards). An eligible card is a GM Business™ World Elite Mastercard®, Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Business Mastercard®, or JetBlue® World Elite Business Mastercard® issued to a small business entity as identified by Barclays. The following types of transactions do not qualify for automatic Sweepstakes entry: adjustment transactions or returns, PIN-based debit or cash advance transactions, corporate or international transactions, late payment fees or over-draft fees, returned check fees or check re-order fees, ATM transactions or fees, monthly or annual fees, balance transfers and any other fees assessed on your account. Entries from these type of transactions are void. Entries from unauthorized eligible Card use or purchases made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent cards are void. Only purchase transactions made with an eligible Card (as detailed above) for an account that is in good standing (both at time of entry and winner selection) and issued by Barclays in the U.S. to an identifiable eligible cardmember, and that are processed and submitted through Mastercard’s U.S. transaction processing system during the Promo Period are eligible for entry; or
Method 2 – By Mail without making a purchase: primary cardmembers will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by hand printing your full name, full business name, complete business mailing address, telephone number, email address (mandatory), date of birth and the words “Barclays Mastercard Small Business Spend Ignite Sweepstakes” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper, Place it in an hand written #10 sealed envelope with appropriate postage and mail to Barclays Mastercard Small Business Spend Ignite Sweepstakes, PO Box 698, Syosset, NY 11791-0698. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail-in entries, including outer envelope, must be handwritten. Entries must be postmarked by January 23, 2026 and received by January 30, 2026. Proof of submission of Entry does not constitute proof of delivery. No correspondence will be acknowledged or responded to; requests for confirmation of quantity and/or receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person.
Limit one (1) entry per Entrant regardless of method of entry. Entries received in excess of the limit stated herein will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to submit more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different eligible credit cards, identities, or any other method will void that Entrant's Entry(ies) and that Entrant may be disqualified. No photocopied, computer-generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted, and any entries received by such means are void. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Email invitations cannot be shared or forwarded.
Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
PRIZES: There are a total of eighteen (18) prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes:
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 cash (awarded as a check made payable to the winning business, a mentor session with a Mastercard small business executive, and a subscription to Mastercard Digital Doors® toolkit (“Grand Prize”). Retail Value (“RV”) of Grand Prize: $10,000.
Two (2) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) $1,000 Mastercard Prepaid® card, a mentor session with a Mastercard small business executive, and a subscription to Mastercard Digital Doors® toolkit (“First Prize”). RV of each First Prize: $1,000.
Five (5) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) $750 Mastercard Prepaid® card and a subscription to Mastercard Digital Doors® toolkit (“Second Prize”). RV of each Second Prize: $750.
Ten (10) Third Prizes: Each Third Prize winner will receive one (1) $500 Mastercard Prepaid® card and a subscription to Mastercard Digital Doors® toolkit (“Third Prize”). RV of each Third Prize: $500.
TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES: $20,750.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to/in the legal name of the winning small business card primary cardmember. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. The ARV (defined above) of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The ARV of a prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Releasees are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Releasees will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Mastercard Prepaid® card restrictions apply: https://prepaidcardtermsandconditions.com. Limit of one (1) prize per person/small business for this Sweepstakes. No Prize substitution or cash equivalent of Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, for any reason, a Prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right, where legal, to award a Prize of equal or greater value. All Prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor and will be provided to the winner at time of Prize notification. In no event will the Releasees provide any additional compensation to any Entrant other than the Prize offered as stated herein. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize.
RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner, two (2) potential First Prize winners, five (5) potential Second Prize winners and ten (10) potential Third Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about February 2, 2026, from among all eligible entries received (purchase and non-purchase) throughout the Promotion Period. Random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions along with the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the Potential Winners will be declared the official Winners of the Sweepstakes. If awarding of a prize is in conflict with the business’ written policy or not feasible after Sponsor’s good faith effort to obtain account holder contact information, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: All Potential Winners (“Potential Winner(s)” or “Winner”) will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the drawing date. Potential Winners be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release (the “Affidavit”) and an IRS Form W-9 (Grand Prize winner only) and furnish their social security number or small business EIN/TIN that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Potential Winners must respond within five (5) business days following the date of issuance of notification or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Potential Winner. Failure to timely return any documents requested, return of Prize notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in such Potential Winner being disqualified. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that disqualified Potential Winner, and an alternate Winner may be determined. If a Potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (ii) refuses the Prize; and/or (iii) the Prize or Prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, such Potential Winner forfeits all rights to be deemed a Winner in the Sweepstakes and receive the Prize, then that Potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected through a random drawing by the Administrator from the remaining entries. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. If the prize is won by an Entrant who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian, and the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on the Prize Winner set forth herein. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, and biographical information without further compensation. With regard to this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and/or Administrator will only contact those Entrants deemed a Potential Winner for purposes of clearance and awarding of the Prize. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not enter into any correspondence with non-winning Entrants.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses, including but not limited to the posting of Winner’s name on the Sponsor’s website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, Winners will be asked to consent to such in writing. Entrants release and hold harmless Releasees, and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any Prize awarded. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to this Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Releasees.
Use of any robotic, automated, programmed software or similar entry method is prohibited and will void all Entry(ies) and result in disqualification. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder from which the entry is made. Releasees are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected or inaccurate entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. The Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the Prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
If in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Promotion is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a force majeure event (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.), an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), or an order of a governmental authority in connection with any of the foregoing), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted at barclayssmbsweepstakesjetblue.com.
PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrant is used only for the purposes set forth in the Entrant’s acknowledgment, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledges that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy located at https://cards.barclaycardus.com/banking/privacy-policy.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. In addition, any dispute relating to the Promotion (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the state of Delaware. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
